The algorithm has a robust design, that produces quite good results from the GPS data.

We have developed special filters that will identify and delete noise and other disruption signals in the GPS data.

The filtered data is processed by an EV-simulation that has been designed with the only purpose to simulate electric cars on the iPhone. 

The more exactly you enter the values in the config, the better the results will be. Try to use the advanced configuration whenever possible. You can often find the values of the car you want in Wikipedia or in Google. We will also be publishing data about the EVs that are coming to the market.

Remember that this is a Simulation algorithm and as such, it simulates a reality. In our tests the results never showed an error margin above 10%, with an average of a 5%.
