Yes, you can.

You need to tap on the Start button and drive, walk or ride your bike. Then, after you finish, tap on the Stop button and tap on the first item in the History list, to access the History Details screen.

From this screen tap on Export GPS Data to iTunes.

Connect your phone to iTunes and if needed wait until the sync is done. Then, click on the iPhone at the left side bar, select the apps tab. Scroll down, and you’ll find a field named “File Sharing”. In this panel, you can select iEV on the left, and find the exported file on the right. Now you can drag the file and drop it where you need it.
